  1. I would say you need to call it off now if your already cheating before because that means you will cheat after and then it was pointless to even have it. Honestly. Not trying to be mean but it's true. You don't have the right mind set.

  3. hello i am just about to start my 4th week of post-op and after the 5th week (jan 19) i can go back to normal eating/ foods so i get off the full liquids diet i have been on since 3 days after surgery.... and i am trying to get an idea of what to start on. what kinds of foods, meal ideas, foods to avoid completely, and what are the best thing to start with and what and when should i start adding certian things? i have heard lots of different things about what not eat and what not to eat from people that havent had the actually surgery and so im an just trying to get an idea of what fellow sleevers have been though and and what you all recomend. please help a sista out!

  5. Well I have chewed up watermelon,a piece of chicken, peanut butter cookie, and bread and spit it out. Just to get the taste and chewing sensation. And have had no problem.....
  6. I'm 8 days post-op and tomorrow I will be having watery soft mashed potatoes for Xmas dinner. I wonder if that's not okay.? I'm on the yogurt, jello, strained watered down soups stage.... And will be on that until jan. 20th....
  7. I had my sleeve on December 15 and it is now dec. 21 and I still have pain. I have slowed way down with my pain medicine because. Don't feel like I really need it I'm not in crazy enough pain to need the medicine every 3 hours or so.... but still when moving walking with out the pillow pet that i hold for support for my belly laying down sitting down standing up and wiping after using the bathroom front and back taking a shower ( washing my hair) slightly bending down to turn the water hotter in the shower or to get my blanket off the coffee table (16-18 inches off ground) and much more I have sharp pain on the left side directly below my left breast. Is this normal for the time I'm in?
