  1. I had my surgery done on the 12th so i am not that far ahead of you. My port site is still kinda tender especially when I sleep on that side but it is getting better. I would stick to the instructions that your doctor gave you as you change your diet. and just be patient. goodluck. you will get through this stage
  2. I had my surgery on the 12th and I was told to drink Isopure the first few weeks.It is a clear protein drink that comes in 4 flavors. It has 40g of protein and 160cal. I found the smaller bottles at CVS and the larger bottles at the grocery store near the other diet drinks like slimfast. I dont really feel hungery after drinking them and I feel like I have a lot more energy. Just try not to rush things too much and you will do great. Good luck
