  1. Well I have about 9 cc in my band I still feel I may need a little more restriction I can east just about everything. I know that's what you Want buy I go see thr surgeon Monday for a visit I keep gaining and loosing the same 3 lbs Maybe I am still eating too much. I feel I not getti g full I do excesize maybe I need to swim now I feel like a complete Failure but I was used to be 235 now I am 155 to 157 I want to be 140
  2. i had my band about 2 years ago i was 236 now i am 156 i feel i am stuck at a complete platu i cant move i have just now started pushing more at the gym i do 4 miles in 40 min. Maybe i need a buddie to see what everyone else is eating and how often i need to loose 25 to 30 lbs and that will be good i wonder if i am not eating enough please some help would be great my e mail is slkkessler@gmail.com Aslo i can seem to get the belly to go down starting to get deressed . i have been the same for about 8 months now susan kessleer
