    Congrats.I have surgery on the 15th.My preop appt with surgeon is the 8th.I will also meet with the bariatric nurse that day to.She will go over my post op diet.

    I sooooooooo appreciate the question you pose above, missjoany -- "How are all of you going to cope with holiday food?" I'm hoping there will be tons of discussion on this issue for the next few months. I just shared an article from my doctor that I found interesting in a separate post.
