After my surgery the next day I was wheeled down to the xray and had to drink contrast and also mri to check for leaks is this not the standar

Don't worry there wouldbeno question of a leak you'd know very quickly by being sick as a dog and fever didn't they do an X-ray after surgery

I would be more worried about possible infections many beaches have high bacteria levels although saline washes promote healing err towards caution

They moved my surgery date forward i start the liquid diet this Monday . I have been riding the stationary at the gym i plan on doing this till i get the okay to hit the trails I'm geeked .

Does anyone have any information on tattoos and sleeve weight loss im pretty covered and was hoping not to lose any.

im actually kinda geeked about the whole thing i feel like im taking my life back. so many things i love to do that i had difficulty doing cause of my weight. now i can charge forward knowing there is a light at the end of that tunnel . being able to ride my bike longer without such a sore backside lol.

i eat all of the morningstar farm products now. i love them more than meat .the quorn ive had issues with before.thanks for the input

How about the veggie meat products are they something to consider id like to stay away from meat as a protein source. also what about hummus after surgury

I ride bike quite often how soon after surgury can i ride again id like to start mtb when i lose weight
