  1. Tinkerbell - I was done on Feb 15th and yeah, that all seems pretty normal. The more you move the less the pain in your shoulder is and it feels like you'll never be able to breath easily again, but you will. It just takes time. You are only 3 days out from something kinda major, it will get better. =) To be perfectly honest I think day two was the absolute worst for me, day three was only slightly better but from then on it went up. To be perfectly honest warm was always easier for me and even now, in the mornings especially, everything feels a bit tight and warm tea is the first thing I drink for the day just to loosen everything up then I'm hunky dory for the duration. It will get easier, just remember small small small sips at first. =)

  3. Tell you what Tiffani, if we can't find one we'll start our own! =) My husbands company is really into the revitalization of downtown so there are tons of places we can meet up and hang out! =) Congrats on pushing through the supervised diet and good luck with your weigh in!
  4. Hey Everyone! =) I'm in Las Vegas and I'm going at the beginning of the year to be sleeved. I'm super excited but I've had a hard time finding support groups here that aren't associated with doctors offices here. I think I'm one of those people who will definitely need the support, but I just can't figure out where to get it here.
