    Hi everyone! My name is Samantha and I am new to this community. I am 31 and live on Long Island with my husband and two cats. I am a Special Education Teacher and work with young children (ages 0-5) diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders. I have been diagnosed with PCOS and am currently preparing to have Lap Band surgery. I had my consultation with Dr. Geiss through Syosset Hospital on Tuesday. I look forward to being a part of this community and learning from everyone while sharing my journey!
