Just Got Banded At 0955 This Morning Was Release At 1630 What A Experienced But Is Is Over And Really Not That Bad The Surgey Only Took 40 Minutes But They Have To Stick A Breathing Tube Down Your Throat While Youre Out Totally And Had A Really Hard Time (45minutes) Because Of My Small Throat Opening But They Took Their Time And My Throat Is Not To Sore. Gas Pains But Not Bad Yetthey Say The Next Couple Of Days Are The Worst. I Lost 22 Pounds On The 10 Day Preop Diet And I Cheated Everday Eat Cottage And Salads But Nothing Else Just Proteins Drinks With Milk 2%. About A 2 Cups Of Cottage And Small Dinner Salad With Cheese And Thousand Island Dressing, Everyday Anbody Got Any Questions Ask A Away I Am Not Shouting Using Capitol Letters I Can't Find My Glasses Sorry If Offended Someone Using Capitols. Going For A Short Walk Later

Let see Susan 20 grams of protein,drink less than or equal to 16 ounces of juice(apple/orange/grapefruit) 100%, milk skim, 1% sports drink (gatorade, powerade 64 oz of water daily, 80 oz of water day BEFORE surgery broth soup sf popsicles, sf gelatin and I sneAK in cottag4e cheese and a little Tuna to knock the edge off daily but I am still losing some weight.

  6. Same here one week from today, exciting not at all a little scared but this pre op diet is drving me crazy good luck with yours!!!!
  7. <p>Struggling on pre op diet starting the the second day on protein shakes ,water sg popsicles, juices. diheria, no strength, tired irrateable, dont feel good at all. Did anybody else fell this way or what? I did have my final pre op visit with Dr. Pitts today and he said do your best to shrink the liver, hell i am sick headache and running to the bathroom every hour or so.FINALLY I borke and eat a small salad and some egg drop soup but still not feeling the best, any suggestions would be greatly appreicated></p>

  9. Who has had the band on for over 7 years anybody? I have read some horrible complication on this web site and was going to have this lap band very soon but after reading thsese different forums here I am having seconds thoughts now. slippage, acid reflux, coughing up blood,ect.. Is this a small majority or a 50 /50 chance or what? I am a male 52 years old and work on the railroad just curious about this procedure. I have went to a support group in Colombia Mo. yesterday and everyone there seem complications free. sorry for the dumb questions but want to find everything I can. thanks in advanced.
