  1. hi everyone, my lapband journey started 18 months ago, my starting weight was 136kg, i followed optifast strictly for 7 weeks before my op and went in on the day weighing 118kg . i was feeling so good and pumped and ready for this journey, all went well ans was out of hospital the next day i continued on having fills and got down to 110kg, with my band full i became really sick and was hospitalized and thus had to have 4 ml out ( i have a 9ml band). so i have been carrying on with just 6 mls in my band, some days i have really good restriction and other days i have no restriction at all , i havent been really able to afford to keep going back and having more fills as my mum was diagnosed with lukemia in june and have been doing alot of travelling, Anyway to cut the story short i am back to the weight a started at I am so devastated, upset with myself, I am off to have a fill tomorrow right to the top , i am hoping a few of you can share your story with me for some inspiration, thanks!!
