  1. Hi, I have lost 19 lbs and everyone noticed, work and my family, they say I am looking good, I want to lose another 50 and i will be ok with it.
  2. Hi Everyone, On Surgery date I was 224 lbs and I had surgery on September 23, 2011 and I have lost 19 lbs already, it has been a tough journey but I am making it. I need to exercise more but I just don't have the time, with work and school I have hardly enough time for myself. I walk 18 blocks every morning, and I walk my dog twice a day, but I really need to go to a gym, I just have to find the time. Sandra Aponte
