I have been battling my weight since I was a pre-teen. I have tried too many fad diets to count, and have even taken the Phenteramine pills to try to help myself. I am 4 months into my 6 month pre-op requirement for documented weight loss. I seem to operate like a yo yo! I pray that I am accepted and I can say in one year from now, that I have lost at least 50 % of my goal.
