  1. I have recently founf out that there is a drink that Starbucks came out with again in January, 2007. I have been drinking it all week after surgery. It is fabulous. Tell them you want a: Decaf, nonfat, sugar-free Cinnamin Dolce Latte with no whip cream. I get a grande and handle it very well. I hope this helps the other Starbucks fanatics, like me.
  2. I had the lap band on January 29, 2007. I was wondering about going out to eat now and in the future. What ideas does anyone have for going out to eat. Where and what do you get to eat? I wanted to know about restaurants and fast food, if any. My life revolved around eating out as my social events. And I am so sad when I see my friends going out to eat and I am too scared to go because I feel like I would be sitting there watching them eat. Any ideas? :hungry:
  3. I just had my lap band done on January 29, 2007. I just wanted to say hello.
