  1. Do you have any friends who work at a hospital? If so ask them to bring you a LW from the hospital. You will need two witnesses and a notary(in Texas) and that should take care of it! Good luck and so you know without the LW your next of kin would legally make your decisions anyway I work in a ICU in Houston Texas...Suegery on thursday back to work monday!
  2. Yes! you can get approved I did, asthma (prednisone dependent), high blood pressure (on two medications), and numerous attempts to lose weight through diet and exercise. All of the above documented by my doctors and my doctors wrote letters to my insurance company. I have a friend who used ankle weights under her jeans to weigh in at a 40 bmi. She did not have any other health problems and her insurance refused her the first time. Where theres a will theres a way! hang in there and best of luck to you.
