  2. Hi! I have read your orginal post and all of the responses. I too have lost over 100 pounds since 2010. But have hit a year long stalemate. I refuse to give up because even though I have 45 pounds left I would love to let go of, I have already lost over 100, so this is so much better then when I started. My mind set throughout this whole journey is "no matter how long it takes" I have noticed so many none weight loss positive changes; eatting more healthy, not stuffing myself everday, last fast food meal 2+ years, can move around and do so much more than I ever could. So if someone where to tell me your done you won't be able to go lower, while disapointed, I will still remember where I was three years ago. I am not giving up but I refuse to me hard on myself, panic, feel like a failure, and have internal mental put downs...Heck No I am already a winner..and so are you!
