  1. Hi everyone. I'm just hitting my 5th week. Last week I felt that way, that I was so hungry. I did feel myself eating a little more than the 4 oz. I usually take in each time I eat. I even noticed I was drinking a lot more also, 8oz. That was a lot for me because 2-4 oz. was all I could handle the first few weeks. So I feel you when you say your appetite has returned. It scared me at first cause I could feel the lure to eat. My best advice is to stay with it small sizes of a lot of protein. That way your appetite can be somewhat appeased. My scale said a week ago 34lbs I lost, so I'm hoping it isn't broke.
