    hi all, im on day 4 of my 7 day pre surgery liquid diet and god im so very hungry ...i just keep on praying to god to give me the strengh i need to finish this diet and maake it safely through my surgery this wednesday !!!!

    ehello everybody im shannon a 39yr old mom of 5 from connecticut, i started my sleeve journey almost a year ago and am now on day 3 of my 7 day liquid diet to prepare for my surgery that is coming up this wednesday the 19th of october ....... im excited but now getting a little scared too...ill keep you all updated on my progress and too youo all i wish nothing but the best of luck in your journeys !!!!!
