    My sugery date is Nov. 11th...so many forms to fill out, Dr's apt's to book, shakes to order, info to read, LOL it feels like a fulltime job!

    I've been reading the forums and blogs for months and finally decided to do it! I booked my surgery today with Dr. Cobourn at SWLC in Mississauga. After getting my introductory package with all of the forms to fill out and instructions to read I am feeling completely overwhelmed! I know I'm doing the right thing but am freaking out!
