<p>I'm just beginning my journey. I had my first one-on-one visit with Dr. Kureshi 10/05/11. He says I'm a good candidate, so in 6 months due to regulations from the insurance company, I will be able to begin the real work. I am 37 and I weigh 300 lbs, and while I have no illnesses from the obesity right now, I know that if I don't change my lifestyle I will in the near future. I do have Psoriatic Arthritis, and carrying the extra 150+ lbs is causing tremendous stress on my joints causing me a lot of pain.</p>
