oct 18th last week did cottage cheese this week starting tuna a crock pot chicken

i was on 2 week liquids then 1 week cottage cheese and soup now starting foods tonight is my first meal with chicken

i just was banded oct 18 looking for someone to guide me through the lapband journey

you have to walk it takes about 2 weeks for all the gas to go away especially in the shoulder don't worry everything will be fine

i am 6 days post op only drinking 2 the most optifast and sometime chinese broth of course water the gas is still in my left shoulder and the incisions still give me a twing back to work today so i will see how that goes

good luck i am 54 and being banded tomorrow as well can't wait to start his new chapter in my life
