I just started my journey through the lap band process. I am having surgery on oct 20th. I am excited and scared all at once. I have just started my pre-op diet. I am currently at 237. i am hoping to reach 150. i am a mother of three girls and would love to keep up with them. I am open to any help and looking for a good support group to help me through this.
