  13. bean iloved your point only weightloss surgeries you ever see are for ppl who's 400 or 500 but many ppl aren't educated enough to know that every case is different meaning co morbidities or maybe the person has pcos like myself even though some ppl were like omg Ren you're not even that big? well I'm not even that small either lol icouldnt imagine telling a lie that long so my feelings were at the time if you support me you support me this is my one life so goodluck everyone<3

  17. how's everyone doing!!! hopefully very well just wanted to say hello && update you guys on my journey. I'm in such a happier place going to start summer school working a part time job at old navy which is great for my situation lol && also will be getting braces July 20th I've been walking for a hour monday-Friday this month I've been losing a pound every other day or .5 everyday! my current weight is 193.5 my surgery weight was 243.5 however in 2009 my highest weight was 296.5 I'm so proud of myself iguess that's what's motivating to me I've lost a hundred && something pounds since 2009 but 49.5 since surgery which is fine with me slow but steady! ihave yet to post photos but iwill be doing that soon goodluck all hope to hear about you guys journey as well<3
  18. oh also ididnt lie to ppl told them iwas having a weightloss surgery called vsg && they all supported me many didn't get the surgery but it motivated them to lose weight which is great! knowing that I've touched ppl inspired them
  19. I really never understood why people worry about what others will say or think lol this is your life your journey do what's best for you but ican imagine liquids then pureed then mushies will be a dead give away oh the mood swings too haha goodluck<3
  20. you need to turn to other things your tummy is still healing && that bread swells in your stomach that's why it hurt so bad you'll be fine just make better choices follow your surgeons plan as best as you can<3

  22. hmmmmm ithink I'm a slow loser... my surgery date was October 17 2011 my weight was 242 my current weight is 196.5 so I'm happy but in 2009 my heaviest was 296.5 so pretty much I've lost a hundred pounds my weight loss is slow but that's fine with me as long as the scale goes down! goodluck all<3
  23. take it one day at a time if you get tempted drink a protein shake or water or go walking because at the end of the day that pizza or whatever you intake that's fattening is soooooo not worth it trust me iknow this lol I've been walking miles every day losing .5 I'm so strict on snacking because iknow if idid snack igotta work so much harder so just try your best set small goals for yourself you can do this best of luck<3
  24. small Im realizing to be more patient im at 213 now Im also drinking more liquids trying to change past habits so far I've lost 30 pounds im not sure why my weight loss is slow but my highest weight was 295 a few yrs ago used Phentermine lost most of it stayed at 220 so I guess thats why im soooo ready to stop seeing 200 period lol

Awww thank you ducker im a bit relieved now I have not been on this board for awhile forgot how supporting everyone is<3 im due for my 3 month checkup & I was just feeling so much pressure because my doctor said oh you should lose another 20 pounds! at that time im thinking I was 224 but im going to do better & definitely stop stressing hey Kendra yeah I hated the broth lol but atleast the scale was moving! my exercise consists of dance central or kinect sports im avoiding my elliptical I saw you reached onederland though thats wonderful! im going to incorporate more exercise & break up with that stupid scale!
  27. My surgery date was Oct 17 2011 my weight was 243 im currently 216. I was 214 then 215 im kind of frustrated/confused. I'll admit I have trouble getting in all my liquids because sometimes I find myself in my old habits before having surgery like only drinking because im feeling thirsty. I feel like im never going to see onederland or am I just being impatient lol I dont know please give me any advice you think will help?
  28. omg yaaaaye im super excited for you finallyyyy time just flew byebye! so when's your date or you have to see your surgeon again? words of advice the first week is hell the second week is a mixture I noticed sometimes I have a ton of energy but other days its lacking definitely a change for me but the hardest step is surgery && congrats your almost there. im so happy for you keep me posted btw when in the hospital walkwalkwalkwalk goodluck friend<3
