  1. Ok , So I am freaking out - I have made my goal, but I have for the past 4 1/2 months had major restriction. I have a 4 cc band and it is filled to 3.8cc. I am really set in my workouts so I feel strong in that area. I go for my unfill this Friday. I don't know how much my doctor will take out. But here is the thing I am so scared that I will get to much taking out and gain weight. Oh and I have been dreaming of eating food any food, just the joy of eating one whole something and not getting sick. Has anyone had this issue?
  2. Hey Guys Thanks You for the helpful words. I realy like this website- It really means a lot to me to get feedfack/incouragement from people going through the same thing I am. Also I am going to try not the weight myself everyday maybe every 2 weeks!

  5. I had my first fill today 2cc, I don't know what size band I have but I think it is the smaller one. I have been so hunger for the past 3 weeks. My doctor said I should start to feel restriction now. I am discouraged I don't feel the restriction yet and I am only down about 25lbs and I have over 60 to go. I guess I just need some encouraging words. My best friend got banded 12/11/06 and she is down 50 lbs and only have another 10 or so to go - she looks fantasitc and I am so happy for her. But it's hard to see her progress and not got anxious for my own .
