  1. You don't need shakes etc 3 pints skimmed milk 2 no fat yoghurts per day was my pre op diet given by consultant surgeon in bariatric surgery. Only do it for 9 days though no more
  2. I'm in the uk but I'm lucky I have Bravissimo they do larger sizes up to k cup and they also have how to check your size (I know there are slight variations between uk n usa)
  3. 3 pints of Skimmed milk n 2 low fat yoghurts per day only for 9 days was my diet
  4. My pre op diet was 3 pints skimmed milk and 2 no fat yoghurts per day, I asked and managed to change it to 2 pints and4 yoghurts. Only for 9 days none or very little hunger v surprised! Post op frozen slimfast, 3 days add mini yoghurts 5 days add soup. Everyone is different so listen to your body.
  5. I had to have slimfast. I froze it and would have 2 teaspoons and be full, by day 3 I could eat a whole one! I then just drank slimfast or canned soup, ice pops n water. By day 7 I ate 2 cubes of chocolate bliss, but didn't want any more! If you feel you can eat lumps earlier just make sure you chew chew chew!
  6. I was diagnosed with work related stress and was on anti depressants, at the start I crushed my tablets and had them with frozen slimfast for the first week post op, my doc only told me after that I could have had them liquid! After the first week I chopped them in half so no real problems! Your emotions will be up and down just try to do some meditation (lay on the bed n listen to calm music or birdsong/water etc) even if it's only for 10 mins at a time. Good luck Ann
