  1. I had mine on the 19th too and I have the same problem... it's too big a bite/swallow or one too soon after. My pain comes from the shoulders too, which is weird.
  2. I had my sleeve on the 19th and I am walking about an hour a day in 15-20 minute bursts. Yes, it is SLOOOOW walking, but getting moving makes me feel better, especially after meals. I feel like it helps with digestion. You need to get walking, but it can be SLOW and it can only be in short bursts if thats what your body says. Once you make it a habit you will get used to it and go harder longer. Good luck.
