hiya all iv just had another fill iv now got 9mls in my 9ml band and its finaly working yippee they have told me that i can have more in as the band can hold up to 30ml so i was wondering if any one els out there has got more mls in there band ie 10mls in a 9ml band and so on xxxx

hi all im from taunton in somerset and was banded on the 30th jan

thank god i thought i was the only 1 i had my 1st fill on the 14 of march 6mls and i dont feel i thing i can still eat normal !! my god im putting weight on even !! agggghhhhhh help please tell me it works im so worried that iv spent £7000 that iv not got on something that nots gonna work!!!! no iv not been eating silly things like choc bars and hi call things just normal stuff like a chop and veg and pot but lots of it i can eat loads and have been ! where is my restriction :help:

poor you i know just how you feel im 14days banded and fed up with soup !! try chewing some food and spiting it out i know it sounds crazy but just the chewing really has helped me good luck sammy uk

:help: hi every 1 iv been banded for 12days now and find blended food looks like sick !! can i have things like mashed potato with baked beans and not blend it if i chew it really well so its mush in my mouth befor i swallow

hi iv been banded for 12days now can any1 tell me if i can eat soft foods ie mashed potato and baked beans if i chew it really well and make it mushy in my mouth i cant see that this would b any different than blended as once iv blended it it makes me feel sick just looking at it sammy

hey thanks guys just knowing other people have been through this helps ! the doc just said that i should eat blended foods that are as runny as apple sause for 4 weeks then said i could have mashed food ! so iv been banded for 8 days and have another 3 weeks till mashed (cant wait) y is it that every thing on tv is food that i cant have hehe

hi all i was banded on the 31 0f jan so its been a week now iv lost 21lb so far but thats cuz i dont like blended food it all looks like sick i cant wait till i can have mashed or real food xx:faint:
