  1. One week from tomorrow!!!!

    So as I sit here thinking I remember that just one week from tomorrow my life will change! I am so excited to get my life back after these past couple. After doing this pre op diet you see how much food truly controls your life and it makes you see yourself in a different way. The first couple of days i was really sad that I couldnt eat those things that sounded so good anymore. But then I remember that is what got me here in the first place.
     
    It's hard to look around at the other people my age and see all the great things that they can do but I cant do as well or at all because of my weight. Through this process of just the pre op diet alone you learn so much about yourself and the people around you. Its so nice to read this forum and see how Lap band has helped everyone and also how everyone here is so positive! KUDOS!
