Sillymom – I have my appt tomorrow with Dr.Simpson. I already did dietician and psychologist don't know what's next. My bmi is 42 so I'm good I think I have month left on diet,do u have to pay program fees or out of pocket costs?

Researching lapband but confused on which doctors are good how much program fees are. My insurance covers it but so many fees for this and that someone said fills are $100 I'm so confused.

Someone said its $100 even with insurance is that true? All these fees, even for program fees $600 .why isn't everything included?
