  1. Hey sleevers I'm a month past my 1 year Surgiversary and couldn't be happier right now.... 350lbs starting weight last July 20th and now weighed today at 230 (fluctuating between 227-233)! I've got to admit that my eating is pretty crappy lately and getting to comfortable and always pushing my limits when I eat... (stuffed/cold sweats) and its with junk.... Also can find the motivation to get off my butt and start working out... Would like to hear from everyone that has been in my shoes and what have you done to fix it!!! Thanks everyone ????
  2. Ready for this? 120lbs!!!! Holy moly It all has happened so quick and life is amazing and getting better each and every day! Have also helped 4 people in getting the surgery as well with one bypass thrown in there. Best decision and now I can say that I can start living life now! : )

  9. Hey guys. I'm sure this has come up but was wondering about people's experience with loose skin and the stretch marks (mine are faded not red). I'm sure the stretch marks won't go away but any suggestion on how to tighten up this skin??? I'm 24% body fat now and I'm sure I still got a lot of fat to lose but still it's bugging the heck outta me Thanks everyone

    Salads!

I am around 1,500 cals a day and can eat anything really... Makes me nervous but I'm more conscious when I eat now so I never truly over do it..... I have no issues with salad and can eat a lot more volume because it's so flimsy!!!! Might start doing lower carb or something because I've been at 110lbs down for two months now and getting frustrating but am lifting a lot also.... Would love to get my old restriction back but not sure if there is a way to do that?????
  15. IM sure there is thread with tho pouch test or diet to help shrink sleeve again so just curious to where I find this and what I have to do??? I feel like ican eat to much and getting a little nervous!!! Thanks everyone Chris
  16. THis whole weight loss thing still hast hit me even though I'm down over 110lbs since my surgery last year!!! I went to Walmart the other day and I tried on a pair of 36" jeans and they for perfect.... I remember trying to squeeze into 48-50's just last year and it seems so surreal!!! People treat me so differently now an there isn't a day that doesn't go by that girls are complimenting me on how good I look... No better feeling Ohh and my new passion for fitness and helping people is driving me to becoming a personal trainer... My specialty niche will be working with obese and pre and post operative weight loss surgery people.... Living and loving life all due to my sleeve and hard work as well... : ) Before @ 350lbs

  20. After losing over 110lbs so far since last July (30lbs until goal), my passion for fitness and helping people has been a huge part of my life in these past couple months.... I'm officially getting my national personal training certification right now and want to know if you guys can give me your input on something.... I will be creating my niche and who my main clients will be and on top of obese and overweight individuals, I want to start training clients that are having a weight loss surgery or has had one.... Would someone (myself) that has had surgery and has lost a good amount of weight be in a great position and be a valuable asset to those types of clients??? Would you hire someone like that?? Thanks everyone Would love I hear from you guys... : ) Chris
