  1. Hey sleevers I'm a month past my 1 year Surgiversary and couldn't be happier right now.... 350lbs starting weight last July 20th and now weighed today at 230 (fluctuating between 227-233)! I've got to admit that my eating is pretty crappy lately and getting to comfortable and always pushing my limits when I eat... (stuffed/cold sweats) and its with junk.... Also can find the motivation to get off my butt and start working out... Would like to hear from everyone that has been in my shoes and what have you done to fix it!!! Thanks everyone ????

  11. Hey guys. I'm sure this has come up but was wondering about people's experience with loose skin and the stretch marks (mine are faded not red). I'm sure the stretch marks won't go away but any suggestion on how to tighten up this skin??? I'm 24% body fat now and I'm sure I still got a lot of fat to lose but still it's bugging the heck outta me Thanks everyone
  12. Ready for this? 120lbs!!!! Holy moly It all has happened so quick and life is amazing and getting better each and every day! Have also helped 4 people in getting the surgery as well with one bypass thrown in there. Best decision and now I can say that I can start living life now! : )
  13. I am around 1,500 cals a day and can eat anything really... Makes me nervous but I'm more conscious when I eat now so I never truly over do it..... I have no issues with salad and can eat a lot more volume because it's so flimsy!!!! Might start doing lower carb or something because I've been at 110lbs down for two months now and getting frustrating but am lifting a lot also.... Would love to get my old restriction back but not sure if there is a way to do that?????
