saw primary care phys on sept 7th 2011&they sent off to get my ins to approve
sept 8th- insurance(tricare) approved 1 consult w/ suregon&3 out pt visits, went to appt w/ suregon, he stated to come back if my bmi got to 40 or if any comorbids
sept14- went back to primary doc, asked for her to do more blood work&also to refer me for sleep apnea test( Im not giving up)!!
sept27th- blood work comes back , very high lipid panel& sleep test comes back, Mild Obstructive Sleep Apnea
sept28th- i will be seeing the suregeon again with my new issues with hopes of insurance approving auth!..will update soon!
