I am undicided yet if it will be Lap Band or Gastric Bypass. I was pretty certain of the Lap Band procedure until I had my consultation with the doctor who seems to think the bypass may be a better choice for me. I am interested in talking to those who have had the Lap Band and are/were diabetic. How has the weight loss affected your diabetes? Are you satisfied with the amount of weight loss? If so, how much did you have to lose?
My story is I don't really have a story yet.......will be in the education phase for a few months which is also required by my insurance company. There is much to learn so those months will likely fly by.
