it's wasn't my surgeon that i went to, it was my family doc. I thought it was sinus/allergy stuff that was causing the drainage, but he said it was acid reflex instead, he told me i could try the treatment for that, but my band may to too tight. What i wanted to find out is if a tight band causes the acid reflex and if taking some out of my band will help. i think i will call my surgeon first before going to the specialist.

my band is really tight and i can't even keep sliders down. any ideas??I had my band adjust the end of July and it may have been too tight but it was recommended that i just deal with it and and my stomach will shrink around it. it's been over a month and now i am suffering with horrible acid reflux. i can barely keep anything down including water and i can't sleep. is this normal?? My GP is sending me to a gastroendonlist and i just wonder if it wouldn't be wiser to see my weight loss Dr. the upside is i have lost almost 14 pounds since the fill.
