Hello,
After several years and many diets, I finally decided to change my life. I need this tool, and hope I use it appropriately and never lose faith on this journey.I'm here to find the similiarties, the answers to silly questions and some support to do the right things (as far as eating and exercising goes). I am currently 5 weeks post-op and have yet to attend a support group meeting....I hope to get the 'goods' from lapbandtalk.com!!
