  1. I agree...it is like a checkbook and I, too, was amazed at how much cals once I started tracking it. I think the craziest thing, and it still floors me everytime, is LIQUID CALS !!! OMG those are the devil !!! I love MFP and use it all the time. I've used it for 30 days in a row...doesn't sound like a lot but its a lot better than the alternative which was not tracking it for me at all. I love it and have spread the word about it to my co-workers too. Keep up the great work ya! It's a journey for sure but such an amazing one !
