  1. Surgery Tomorrow (Aug 29), any advice???

    My surgery is tomorrow, Aug 29th and i'm a bit nervous and don't know what to expect but i'm definitely NOT having cold feet. I have been on this weight roller coaster for so long, i'm looking forward to a new healthy life. A couple of things, I wasn't put on a pre-op diet. Is that necessary? My doctor just had be on clear liquids for the 2 days before surgery... Any advice for surgery day and the following days would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
