  1. Hi again! I forgot to tell you my name. I'm Debbie and glad to join the group. Could anyone tell me about protein? Is it ok to exceed the 54 grams my doctor told me to stick to?
  2. Hi! I was banded on the 22nd. It went really well and I'm happy I made this choice for myself. My starting weight was 239 and I lost 9 pounds this first week. I'm not married and don't have children (hopefully someday!) I have to train myself to stop gulping because I get air bubbles and they are so uncomfortable. I am a little confused about what is considered a healthy balance of fats, proteins and carbs. I seem to be all over in my food log.
