[center][size=4][font=lucida sans unicode, lucida grande, sans-serif][i][b]hello sleevesters, i hope everyone is doing the right thing and staying healthy. im doing great, july 25th will be a YEAR yay i did it and i feel so good about it. im glad i decided to go threw with the surgery. i struggled with my Weight for years. and the older i got the more it just wouldnt go any where lol, so i did something about it and the gastric sleeve was the best thing i could of done. im happy and feel great. i started off at 320pnds now may 26 2012 im 220pounds...went from a 4X shirts to a 1X 2X, 52 waist to a 40 waist. i love to shop more then i did in my BIG DAYs. my eating habbits are really diffrent. i really do know how to eat in moderation, i really do know how to order a small instead of super sizeing evrything lol. in my BIG days i could make a CAKE and eat it in two days, by myself, and it wasnt even anyone"s birthday. i was a junk food junkie, sweets was my weakness, cookie, cakes. now i dont feel like i need that stuff anymore. im not gona lie i have had a slice of cake and it was just a small slice and i was content, that was maybe 2 mounths ago. i eat alot of good foods still but i know how to eat and i dont pig out anymore. i refuse to go back where i was almost a year ago. GOD is good and he is seeing me threw my JOURNEY!!!! I drive public transportation for a living and the public can be really mean sometimes, one thing i dont miss when driveing my bus is having a angry passenger to call me a FAT ASS,(good i have thick skin, more thicker thin lol). now all i hear is WOW you look GREAT!! well guys good luck with your JOURNEY and stay FOCUSED!![/b][/i][/font][/size][/center]
