  1. My husband is going with me when I have surgery. I am trying to find out a few things about the hospital. Is there internet available? Are there nearby restaurants for him to be able to get meals? And I am looking for some feedback on how much Mexican money he needs to take to get meals for the few days we are there. Thanks for your help!
  2. Hello everyone! I am new here and tenatively scheduled to have surgery on Oct 3 with Dr Ponce de leon. I am very excited, very nervous, etc. My biggest concern is that we are new to the area and there are no doctors accepting patients here. We are on a waiting list. I know they do an EKG before surgery. I don't have any known problems, but being so overweight for so long makes me wonder and worry that something will come up and I will be sent home without surgery. I cannot afford to pay to fly from Canada and not get the surgery, plus I really want it done. LOL Does anyone know of anyone who ever had issues with the EKG before surgery in Mexico? Thanks!
