  1. I'm as unfamiliar with this process as you are. My surgery is also on Tuesday in Los Angeles. I went to see surgeon on Wednesday and he has put me on a liquid diet, 3 protein shakes a day until my surgery on Tuesday. He wanted me to lose 7 lbs. Easy for him to say. I'm starving on 500 calories a day.
  2. Thank you, that was very informative. I am soooo hungry. think I'll just go to bed

  4. Yeah after 3 of them today. I am done. I am going to buy protein powder tomorrow and make shakes instead. A friend just told me AMP shakes from sams club with silk soy milk is good. soooo hungry
  5. Thanks for the input on stores. The isopure I purchased comes in a clear bottle, you do not mix it?
  6. I am pre-op diet and Dr told me to replace meals for the next 5 days with high protein low calorie shakes. Went to GNC and they told me isopure was the way to go. Any feedback on isopure drinks?
  7. Has anyone tried Isopure from GNC? Can I take that instead of mixing a shake?
  8. I am on day one of my liquid pre-op diet. I have surgery on Tuesday. Dr told me 3 high protein low calorie shakes. I went to nutrition store and they gave me Isopure drinks, it's not a shake, has 40 g protein 160 calories. Has anyone else tried them? Should I have got shakes instead? The shakes were higher calories.
