TriCare Prime is my insurance. I have been told via phone call from them I have been approved for the surgery. I am waiting to receive the written authorization. I have an appt. for the Psy. Eval. and I will call the Ins. tomorrow to see if I can get a referral for that and the Dietician visit. If they don't cover it I will have to pay that out of pocket. I am looking forward to being able to lose weight again but I am very nervous about the surgery and the aftermath.
