    Congratulations to all who have crossed over to the "losers" bench. I will join you on Monday, August 22, at 6:30 a.m. This has been a very long process but I am glad it is over. I am nervous about the lifestyle change, but I am ready to become healthy. Hugs to all of you. Terri
