  4. I am 4 days post op.. I usually use readers for close up detail. Since the surgery I feel like my equalibrum is off, sometimes dizzy when i stand. But whats really annoying is i need my glasses on all the time. Is this normal for the proceedure? How long does it last.
  5. I am 4 days post op, having all kinds of bubbles in my abdomen area. Its like a grumbling but i feel no hunger pangs. Wondering if anyone has cheated on the liquid part. Im wanting something more than the usual broth and popsicles. I go to phase 2 on friday with cottage cheese, yogert being allowed. Would it hurt if started that a few days early?
  6. Thanks to all of you for the support. The gas pain is gone, I feel intestinal gas once in a while, but I know how to fix that.. darn pain meds.. I am 3 days post op and everything is great! The only pain i feel is the stretching from the stiches when i first sit up. I had some blurry vision, with the tingles in my feet. I started drinking more water, i think it was sympomatic of being dehydrated. Caught a glipse of your success I cant wait to have a few pounds off too.
  7. I just had the band placed last friday the 5th. When they rolled me into delivery i heard the pain doc say that my heart rate had fallin to 24. I tried to stay on top of the pain using the meds. until my heart rate dropped again. The problem the pain was mostly becasue of the co2 pressure in my shoulder and chest. I finally was able to give an enomous belch and threw up a little becasue of the pressure. My question is how long will i continue to have this gas pain. Its not intense anymore, but i wonder if its trapped my tissues and organs and I will still have issues with it. And did anyone experience tiggling in the feet when they are elevated?
