  1. one of the worst things for me is to eat is bread......and you can throw pasta in the mix also.....I had surgery back 2008,and those things still give me trouble. Not that I'm complaining.....because ,the out come is great....It is so worth dealing with giving up bread and pasta,to look and feel as I do now....and believe me you will be happy with your results....I look at it as a small price to pay for happiness....and I think you will to....On the plus side I can still eat chocolate in moderation,and have a glass of wine,when I'm out to dinner with my friends...Just take heed and follow the instructions in the beginning....they are to help you and they will
