  1. Hello! I am new here. I'm 24 and recently decided to get banded. I go August 17 for my consultation with my surgeon. I was wanting as much advice as anyone could offer about LapBand, tip and tricks of the trade so to speak. And also, just wanted to hear some of your stories. I have struggled with my weight since Jr High. I was diagnosed with PCOS after my second pregnancy, and Infertility. I know going through 2 pregnancies (1st stillborn at 33 weeks, 2nd my beautiful daughter) hasnt helped. I have tried every diet thinkable and can manage to lose 10lbs or so only to gain it back. I am looking forward to this journey. And I know by using Lapband, I can acheive my goals.
