    Since July 14, 2011 it has been 2 years since i had lap band surgery... everything started off well and i lost 50 lbs fast.. then i fell off and i gained back 30lbs.. can anyone give me and tips/motivation?? i definately need a fill because i can eat too much.. Please tell me what works for you.. i would appreciate it!! thank you!!
