  1. I had to stop and make sure I wasn't the one who wrote that! You sound like you are stuck like me.... I am trying to make adjustments in my food intake. I am frustrated because I can't eat very much and I am still not losing. I just posted that I think I am defective! I am motivated again though by visiting this site and meeting new people that are having the same issues. I hope that the changes that I am making(on liquids this week) are going to jump start my losing again... I was banded in March of 2010 ! Ugh! There is hope and we shall prevail! Just don't you give up or I 'll kick you in the arssss as requested ... Have a GREAT DAY! Here if you need an ear

  4. I am so frustrated and disappointed with myself. I was banded March 19, 2010. I think that I lost most of my weight before the surgery on the liquid diet. I have gone to my follow-up appointments and I have lost very slowly with only a total loss of 27 pounds. I am so stuck.... I don't exercise like I should but I do get exercise daily walking. I feel defective. I barely eat but I am at a MAJOR plateau... I need to jumpstart my weight-loss again... I want it so badly but I keep falling short. Any inspiration would be Appreciated! I wish I had a weightloss buddy . That would probably help...
