  1. Hello, Did your doctor's office have any information? If it is denied they give reasons and what needs to be done. Prayerfully, you have a very proactive team who will leave no stone unturned. Have you called Tricare? If you email me the information I can ask my doctor's office if you'd like. I was denied initally and they eventually approved it. Just let me know.
  2. I found that the old MTV, The Grind helps me a great deal. It is hip hop dancing that you can do in place. It's energetic and fun. The other thing that works for me is Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home. The 1 and 2 miles are great. I tried the Walk/Run and thought I was going to die! LOL Definitely not ready for that.
