  1. What are the chances of that?? I was approved for sleeve months ago butwasn't in the right place to proceed at that time. I am a band to sleeve revision Band was done several years ago with the N.E.W. program, Dr Quebberman was the surgeon. I had no problem with the doctor or the medical proceedure. The band became the problem. Just could not tolerate it in any way. Horrible experience. I am now 25lbs heavier then I was pre-band surgery. I have had many conversations with Dr. Braverman in regards to the sleeve. I trust him and I believe what he is telling me. Just a hard decision for me to make. Crossing my fingers and going for it. Hoping for the best, for you, for me and everyone else!
  2. My surgery is December 9, 2011 6 a.m. check in time Dr Braverman N.E.W. Program Newport Beach, Ca.
  3. I am also scheduled for surgery with Dr. Braverman on Dec.9th. Band revision to sleeve. Band surgery originally done by Dr. Quebbemann some years back. Great doctors, hospital and recovery. Band in itself was horrible. I could never tolorate it. The only weight lost from band was due to puking and not being able to eat anything. Very hard decision for me to finally come to terms with doing the sleeve revision. After 10 months of comtemplating, I'm going forward. Scares the heck out of me.
