    Hi, I have just had the lap band surgery on 7/29/11...Every since they have woken me up I have had this chest pain in the middle of my chest. My girlfriend had the same surgery back in may and she said she didn't have the surgery. She believes its because I didn't go cold turkey with the smoking. Anyone else who had had this surgery have had these pains in their chest? Its now day 3 and the pain in my chest is still there. Even after I take the pain syrup the pain only subdues for about 2-3hr's then back to hurting again. Does anyone have any recommendations?
