  1. I think this is a great idea. I was banded October 2006. I don't have any receipes to contribute, but would love to be included to your list. Please feel free to e-mail me at aprmu@att.net.
  2. yes. this has happended to me. i was banded 10/19/06. to date i have lost a total of 30 lbs. and gained 10 lbs. i believe this is because i cheated during the holidays with food and no excercising. i am currently trying to get back on track. are you exercising?
  3. hello everyone, My name is April and I'm 46 years old. I have a loving husband of 23 years and a 16 year old daughter. Lap-banded on October 19, 2006 and have lost a total of 30 lbs. I know that's not as much as everyone else has lost in the time spam mentioned. With the lack of excercise the last two months, this may be the reason for the slow-down. I have had 7 or 8 fills over the year and currently trying to get back on track with my eating habits and excercise. With this websites support and excellent sources of information I believe I can do it.
  4. I would love to bellydance. I believe this to be a good chose in maintaining good weight and excellent source for exercising.
  5. I'm concerned. I believe I have stretched my pouch. I received a lapband on October 17, 2006. I have since gained 10 lbs. I'm nervous. I received a band adjustment two weeks ago. I don't feel any fullness. I feel like I'm gaining weight. What should I do??????
