Thanks. I'm gonna try to stay more involved with the website because I find seeing other people suceeding and going through the same this I am, helps motivate me... Tomorrow will be day 1....time to start over and do this.

Hey everyone... I am Vanessa and I was sleeved in may 2012. The sleeve was something I completed knew I wanted. Had hard time getting approval from the insurance.. went through different doctors..and depression because of all this. When I finally got word I was approved, I was ecstatic. Followed pre-open diet and post op diet up until two months out. These last too months...I have been neglecting myself and my sleeve and I need to get back on track but need advice on where to start. I have only lost a total of 35 pounds and definitely am not on track. :-( Any tips, advice, anything would help. Thanks. .
